Terms and Conditions for Denver Cannabis Week:

Eligibility: All participants of Denver Cannabis Week must be 21 years of age or older.

Cannabis Use: Denver Cannabis Week does not sell any cannabis products. Participants are required to bring their own cannabis for personal use. Denver Cannabis Week is not responsible for the quality, effects, or consequences of the use of cannabis by its participants. Participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the use of cannabis during the event.

Waiver of Liability: By attending Denver Cannabis Week, you agree to waive any liability on the part of Denver Cannabis Week for any injuries, damages, or negative effects resulting from the use of cannabis during the event, as well as any on-site liability. Participants assume full responsibility for their actions and well-being while attending the event.

Prohibited Substances: The use of alcohol or tobacco is strictly prohibited at Tetra Lounge. Alcohol consumption is available within The Arch event locations. Any participant found in violation of this rule will be subject to immediate removal from the event and potential banning from future events.

Code of Conduct: All participants of Denver Cannabis Week are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event and prohibition from future participation.

Event Participation Termination: Denver Cannabis Week reserves the right to remove any participant who violates the terms and conditions outlined above or engages in any behavior deemed detrimental to the well-being of the event and its attendees.

By purchasing a ticket to Denver Cannabis Week, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by Denver Cannabis Week.
